So I can only get a handle of your running stats (since I don't know jack about biking/swimming) and I'd like to third that 'holy cow'. You're a machine girl. Keep it up, you are going to own Cozumel, without a doubt!
p.s. Yes I know of Team Hoyt. Funny you mentioned it because I thought they only ran marathons. Last week I was watching 06' Kona (or 07') and saw them miss the swim cut-off. The father was inconsolable...and so was I. Ahhhhhhh I can't take it! I am definitely going to volunteer at an IM on day.
Holy Cow! Over two days of solid training. Very impressive, keep it up!
ReplyDeleteYeah. I'm going to have to go with "holy cow", too! Great, great work!
ReplyDelete210 miles of running in one month....wow, just WOW!
ReplyDeleteI'm speechless. Take the next 5 weeks off, girl. Dont hurt yourself...
ReplyDeleteAwesome job once again Trish, a really good training month once again.
ReplyDeleteYou'll so rock the place at Cozumel

ReplyDeleteWOW what a month. I have to ask about the running 210 miles in 15 hours thought. Looked funny to me and I think that comes out to a sub 5 minute mile?
ReplyDeleteWow, your a certified stud. Outstanding volume. That has to feel good to look at.
ReplyDeletewhoops ! the running volume is a mistake -- I put 131 mi for my HIM instead of 13.1 ! d'oh !!
