    Ibuprofen/Motrin whatever for afterwards if you may need it
    Do you have an ankle thing for your timing chip?

  5. The list looks great Trish! I agree with Darcy that duct tape is good to bring as a back-up item. Also try to take with you some plastic grocery bags for the racing clothes after the race plus they come in handy for covering the bike seat & aerobars if needed...just a thought :-)
