new training program.

I don't think my old training program was ... enough. I printed out a half IM training program from beginnertriathlete.com and it looks like a much better fit for me.

I heart schedules.


  1. I love plans too, love them. I had a hard time finding a plan that made sense. The BT one just seemed too complicated to me. I really like the one from 12 week Triathlete, but you have to buy the book. What day is your HIM?

  2. while I write down every thing I do...I usually only plan a week in advance.... I am not sophisticated enough to get away with a 16 week plan..I would deviate too much...thats just me....
