according to the countdown clock on ironmanrhodeisland.com we are 3 days, 10 hours, 42 minutes, and 58, erm, 56, 52.. 50 seconds until race day.
that means: time to start making lists. I love lists. I love making them and crossing things off of them. it's a sickness - but I digress.
and now I present to you

I can't wait for the race report. Good luck - you have put the time in!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, seriously, the dirty bottle dishes get out of control some days. Gooooood luck this weekend!!!
ReplyDeletewow, race day is here already!
ReplyDeletei love lists, i practically make them in my sleep...it is a sickness but until there is a cure i'll happily suffer through it!
Have fun with it. Hope the Infinit does a good job for you. Are you taking it on the run also? My thoughts were to take a fuel belt with the powder and mix at aid stations with water.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!!! Cant wait for the race report
ReplyDeleteawesome! good luck! You forgot the pic of all the nutrition/hydration supplements. I lust after your dishwasher for the bottles....we don't have one so have to wash each and every one of them by hand. That is madness!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous. You are going to have a blast.
ReplyDeleteBTW
Do you use a race belt?
I didn't see LAPTOP to stay in touch with us fans.
And also, I recommend anti fog solution for your goggles. I use a product that comes from a dive shop. It has a warning righ on the label, not to be used for swim goggles, so you know it must be good.
Keep us posted.
You are going to have a blast! I can't wait to read all about it. You are ready for this.
ReplyDeleteGOOD LUCK!!!!
ReplyDeletewoooohooooo!!! have fun :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic half Ironman race this coming weekend Trish! All you dedicated training will pay-off some great dividends at this race :-)
ReplyDeleteBrian
oh good luck!! I'll be watching you!!!
ReplyDeletequestion: when do you do most of your training? morning? night?
