relativity.

Gleeful. Joyous. Overwhelminly happy. -- how I felt when I checked the weather at 9:00 this morning and realized it was 30 balmy degrees outside. -- so much warmer than yesterday's 18*F!

Dress: UA ColdGear tights, UA ColdGear compression long sleeved shirt, thin gloves, hat. V. comfortable ... not too warm, not too cold. Just call me Goldilocks.

my fancy new tights ^^

Running has been going so well lately. I'm not quite sure why, but I'm not going to look the proveribal gift horse in the mouth and I'm just going to go with it. [also must remember this the next time I have a crappy run]. I seem to be running negative splits without really trying... I just start off slowly and seem to naturally pick it up halfway through.

I listened to my audiobook [Breaking Dawn, stop laughing] until my iPod shuffle pooped out around mile 6. Not quite sure why --- maybe because it didn't charge enough? or maybe it was too cold? [yesterday I wore it on the inside of my shirt, today I clipped it on the outside of my jacket]. Anyhow, I'll have to wait until next weekend to see what happens with Bella, Jacob, and Edward. Le sigh, Edward.

The rest of the long runs: 19/ 20/ 12/ 20/ 12/ 20/ 8/ 4.

I've decided to just suck it up and run with the 3:50 pace group at National.

  1. Nice job on the run! I wish there was another book. I liked breaking dawn, but it was a little more cheesy than the others.

  3. THANK YOU!

It's pretty easy - If you have graphic design program. This one I did in Paint though (being lazy) since my design programs live on another computer.

You can do this in Paint if you're not real 'aficionado' w graphics & images.

Gather all the photos/imas you want to use and put them in one designated folder. Open and display the photos full screen and do a screen shot and then control+V into a paint window. Everyting from your screen will display. You can 'cut out' the pictures you want and arrange them on a; in my case 6-inch wide area. Arrange them as you like and trim or crop to the edges.

Save as .jpeg to your desktop or where ever is easiest and upload image through the edit button on the layout page for the banner.

When you upload the image select 'instead of title /description (or does it say in front of?). In my spare time I'm going to polish mine - drop shadows and stuff...

Other ways/things you could do is to do a scan of one or two photos you like and save them as a jpeg.

There are a lot of diffrent ways to accomplish this so if you tell me what you know, I can go from there.

    It's easy!

OR ... just create a jpeg image and upload it. =D
